ACCOUNT & LOGIN

How do I create an account?

Your account can be created in a few simple steps using your mobile number. Enter your number, choose “Create New Account”, verify the OTP, and complete your basic profile. We keep the process minimal to make onboarding effortless.

What information do I need to provide?

We require only your mobile number to get you started. You may add an alternate number if you prefer.

How do I log in?

Login is seamless and secure through OTP authentication on your registered mobile number.

What if the OTP doesn’t arrive?

Check your network connection and tap “Resend OTP”. If the message is delayed, attempting again after a short while usually resolves it.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does order processing take?

Our teams work to prepare every order with care. Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Products sourced from a different store in our network may require 7 to 10 business days.

Where is my order shipped from??

Depending on availability, your order may be shipped from our central warehouse in Vijayawada or directly from one of our stores. Items may arrive in multiple shipments, each with its own tracking information.

What are the delivery timelines?

Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 5–7 business days
Timelines may vary slightly based on courier logistics.

What are the shipping charges?

Orders above ₹999 enjoy complimentary shipping.
Orders below ₹999 carry a ₹50 shipping fee.
COD orders include an additional ₹50 convenience charge.

Can I request faster delivery?

At present, expedited delivery is not available. Should an express service be introduced for your location, we will communicate it.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We support a full range of secure payment options including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets and Cash on Delivery (in select PIN codes).

How does Cash on Delivery work?

You may pay at the time of delivery. COD orders include a ₹50 convenience fee. Standard shipping charges apply for orders under ₹999.

What if my payment does not go through?

Confirm your details, retry the transaction, and ensure the correct OTP is used. If payment continues to fail and COD is available for your location, you may switch to COD. Otherwise, retry after some time.

CANCELLATION

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled as long as the cancellation option remains active in your “My Orders” section. This applies to both regular and promotional items.

How do I cancel?

Tap on the Visit “My Orders”, choose the product, and select “Cancel”.My Orders section under the main menu and then select the item or order you want to cancel.

When will my refund be processed?

Online payments are refunded to the original mode within 7 to 10 days.
For COD orders, no refund is required as no payment has been collected.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Products purchased on popularshoemart.com can be returned within 15 days of delivery provided they remain unused, unwashed and in perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact. Our teams will validate this during pickup.

How do I place a return request?

Go to “My Orders”, select the item you wish to return and choose the “Return” option. You will receive pickup details via SMS.

How should the product be packed for return?

Ensure the product is returned with its original shoe box, tags, dust bags and any additional packaging. Items must be undamaged and unworn.

How will my refund be issued?

For COD orders, enter your bank details during the return request and the refund will be processed directly to your account.
For online payments, the amount will be credited back to the respective payment method.
Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

Will you arrange the pickup?

Yes. Our courier partner will collect the product at the scheduled date and time shared with you.
